Pork with stir-fried cabbage, apple and yellow rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, yellow rice (325 g), smoked bacon, garlic (in slices), marinated pork fillets à la minute (a ca. 250 g), sunflower oil, ready-to-cook white cabbage (a 250 g), freshly soured apples ((eg Elstar), diced), chives ((a 20 g) and finely chopped).

Prepare rice according to instructions.

Stir in dry wok bacon cubes.

Rub garlic for 1 min.

In bacon fat.

Fry steak with marinade in a dry frying pan for 2 min.

Add the oil and coal to the mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Apple for 1 min.

Chive chives by stirring rice.

Distribute rice, cabbages and fillet steaks over plates..
