Schnitzel rolls with tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, rice, pork cutlets, Italian herbs (possibly frozen), tomato cubes (400 g), lettuce, spring onions, olive oil and mayonnaise.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Sprinkle the pork cutlets on top with the herbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Roll up the schnitzels and fix them with a cocktail stick.

Sprinkle the rolls around with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the meat rolls in 5 minutes around golden brown.

Add the tomato cubes and reduce the heat over medium heat to a thicker sauce.

Season the tomato sauce to taste with salt and pepper.

Clean the lettuce and tear it into pieces.

Wash and dry the lettuce well.

Put the mayonnaise in a deep bowl and beat it with 2 tablespoons of warm water to a smooth dressing.

Cut the spring onions above the dressing into narrow rings and scoop the lettuce through.
