Pita bread filled with tuna and capers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red onion, (roma) tomatoes, black olives without pits, (yoghurt) salad dressing, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, natural tuna (à 185 g), shoarma breads , salad mix (à 100 g) and capers.

Peel onion, halve and cut into thin half rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut the olives into slices. Add salad dressing with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to a sauce. Drain the tuna into the sieve.

Roast pita bread in a toaster and roast brown. Cut open pita bread with knife. Pork bread rolls with 1 hand and fill with some lettuce, 1 tablespoon tuna, slices of tomato, onion, slices of olive and capers. Create sauce over it.
