Safflower with raisins
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, saffron, cinnamon, chicken dumplings, honey, raisins, pine nuts and lemon (scrubbed).

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Sprinkle 1 tbsp salt into a bowl. Rub the saffron threads between the thumb and forefinger above the salt into powder. Stir in the cinnamon.

Cut the chicken dumplings into 3 pieces each and sprinkle with the saffron salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the meat with honey, raisins and pine nuts. Divide this over the 4 pans.

Cut 8 thin slices of the lemon and 2 slices in each pan. Pour 100 ml of boiling water into each pan. Place the lids on the pans or cover them with aluminum foil.

Place the pans on the grid in the middle of the oven and simmer the chicken for about 45 minutes. Delicious with couscous and grilled eggplant.
