Potato gratin and green vegetables
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: eggs, crème fraîche (125 ml), ground cheese (mature (150 g, organic)), spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings), potato slices (700 g, chilled), broccoli florets ( 300 g, frozen), Dutch string beans (300 g and frozen).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche. Mix 75 g of cheese and pepper and salt to taste. Add the spring onion and the potato slices. Scoop the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it. Fry the potato gratin in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cook the frozen broccoli in approx. 8 minutes until al dente. Add the beans for the last 3 minutes. Drain. Remove the potato gratin from the oven, cut into pieces and spread over 4 plates. Serve with the vegetables.
