Sweet-sour pork skewers with noodles


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), pineapple pieces (227 g), hamlaps (diced), wok oil, Mexican wok vegetables (750 g, frozen), sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml) and white wine vinegar.

Directions

  1. Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging. Put the pineapple pieces in a sieve and collect the juice. Thread the pineapple and the meat on the skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the skewers in 10-12 min. Golden brown and done. Remove from the pan and keep warm on a plate under a lid or aluminum foil.
  3. Put the frozen vegetables in a frying pan and fry for 4 minutes. Then add the chili sauce, the vinegar and the pineapple juice collected. Spoon the vegetables and warm the skewers for 1 min.
  4. Divide the mieover 4 bowls. Serve with vegetables and skewers. Tasty with krupuk and extra chili sauce.
