Fried cheese


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: solid potatoes, flour, coarse mustard, breadcrumbs, mature cheese (straight), sunflower oil, garlic (finely chopped) and spinach (a 300 g).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, put the flour in a deep plate and stir in 3 tbsp water and the mustard. Put the breadcrumbs in another deep plate. Cut the cheese into 4 equal slices and remove the crusts. Pass the slices through the flour mixture and then through the breadcrumbs.
  3. Drain the potatoes, put them back in the pan and let evaporate until use. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a stir and add the garlic. Immediately add the spinach in parts and let it simmer in 3 minutes. Drain.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Fry the cheese over a high heat 2 minutes. Turn halfway. Serve directly with the potatoes and spinach.
