Oriental spiced pasta with leeks, carrots, ham and pink shrimps.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion finely. Heat in a stirring oil and fry the onion until it starts to discolour.

Cut the carrots into slices. Spoon the boemboe, leek and carrot. stir fry up the vegetables in 5-7 minutes until al dente.

Drain the spaghetti and mix it with the vegetables. Stir in the ham strips and the shrimp.

Let it warm all over on low heat and serve immediately.
