Pork tenderloin with honey and vanilla
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, vanilla bean (bag 1 1/2 g), pork tenderloin (a 250 g), butter, liquid (flower honey (pot 600 g)) and soy sauce.

Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and then into pieces that are as small as possible.

Cut the pork tenderloins each into 8 pieces of the same thickness.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat 20 g of butter in a frying pan.

Fry the pieces of pork tenderloin together with the chopped vanilla pod over medium heat for about 5 minutes until it is almost done.

Turn halfway.

Mix the honey with the soy sauce.

Take the meat out of the pan; leave the butter and the pieces of the vanilla pod in the pan.

Add the honey-soy mixture and leave to caramelize in 2 minutes.

Then add the rest of the butter.

Put the pieces of pork tenderloin back in the pan.

Move the pan back and forth so that the meat is covered with the caramelised sauce.

Fry the meat in 1 min.

Over medium heat completely cooked.
