Red cabbage stew with beef finches
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, butter or margarine, beef finches (approx. 100 g), cooked red cabbage finely seasoned (500 g), raisins and mashed potatoes à la minute (3 bags).

Peel onion and cut into rings.

Heat butter in frying pan and beef finches around brown cans.

Add onion and bake for approx.

10 minutes.

Sear the cabbage with raisins and 4 tablespoons of water, heat on warm heat and occasionally shove.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Mix the cabbage and puree.

Divide stew over four plates.

Place side finches next to them and distribute onion rings over stew..
