Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour this mixture into the aubergines. Stir well and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan and spoon the aubergine with the marinade. Add 50 ml of water and boil the aubergine at medium height in about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Add the snow peas to the eggplant and cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Mix the sesame oil with the noodles. Serve the noodles with the eggplant and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
