A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, kohlrabi, mini carrots (300 g), snow peas, butter or margarine, low-fat bacon strips (about 250 g), Pommes Parisiennes (frozen, a 450 g) and salt and pepper.

Directions

  1. Bring pan to boil with plenty of water.
  2. Slicing Kohlrabi.
  3. Peel the slices and cut into pieces.
  4. Roast rhubarb and carrots cook and drain in approx.
  5. 4 minutes.
  6. Cleaning and washing pea pods.
  7. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in woks.
  8. Mix bacon pieces with kohlrabi, carrots and snow peas for about 6 minutes.
  9. Heat residual butter in frying pan.
  10. Potatoes are bake in about 10 minutes.
  11. Mix potatoes with vegetable mixture.
  12. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately..
