Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and sprinkle with the cumin, salt and pepper. Let stand for a moment so that the flavors can withdraw.

Chop the onion and cut the garlic into slices. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic lightly brown. Add the chicken and cook for 1 min.

Cut the apricots into strips. Spoon the tomatoes with the liquid and apricots through the chicken mixture and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Season the chicken mixture with salt and pepper.
