Cut the eggplant and zucchini into pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and the onion into pieces.

Fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the packages until golden brown and done.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry the onion golden brown. Add the eggplant and zucchini and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the tomato and press the garlic on top. Stir fry for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan and grill the fillet on both sides for 3 minutes.

Serve the meat with the potatoes and vegetables.
