Grilled salmon with three-pepper sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Scottish salmon fillet, oil, vine tomatoes, fresh basil (15 g), balsamic dressing, cream cheese (three peppers (250 ml)) and ciabatta (bread).

Light the barbecue (or heat the grill pan).

Cover salmon with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut tomatoes into wedges.

Cut the basil into strips.

Mix tomato, basil and dressing.

Warm the three-strokes sauce according to the instructions for use.
