Directions

  1. Press and grate the orange. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Put the parsley, basil and chives in the blender.
  3. Add the juice and grater and the garlic and finely grind the herbs at the highest setting.
  4. Add the mustard, yogurt, mayonnaise and some salt and pepper and mix everything into a sauce.
