Rotelle with lukewarm tomato salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: rotelle (round pasta, bag a 500 g), shallots, vine tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, watercress (75 g), freshly ground black pepper and pecorino (or other spicy cheese (piece)).

In the pan, bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions.

Cut shallots and cut into quarters.

Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds if necessary.

Cut the flesh into cubes.

In pan with thick bottom shallot in 1 tbsp oil for 2 min.

Add half of tomato cubes and fry for 1 min.

Remove hard stalks from watercress and roughly tear watercress.

Drain pasta and scallee shallot mixture with watercress.

Season with salt and coarsely ground pepper.

Repeat the pasta in two deep plates and sprinkle the rest of the tomatoes.

Drizzle remaining oil over pasta and shave coarse curls of cheese with peeler over pasta plates.

Pepper some more pepper over it..
