Roti with lamb sausage and green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (medium-sized, firm cooking), green beans, sunflower oil, lamb sausages (270 g), onions (in rings), garlic (finely chopped), curry powder and tortilla wraps (pack of 8).

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 15 minutes until done. In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Cook in 5 minutes until al dente.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages in 8 min. Brown.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and the curry powder for 3 min. Drain the potatoes and cook for 3 min.

In the meantime, heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package and distribute them over 4 deep plates. Spoon the potatoes, green beans and sausage on them.
