Directions

  1. Boil the rice with salt, if necessary, for 8 minutes. Drain, put back in the pan and leave with the lid on the pan until use.
  2. Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the wok vegetable 3 min. Add the meat and the sauce from the stir fry and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  3. Cut the coriander fine and stir through the rice. Divide the rice and curry over the plates.
