Sweet-sour noodle salad
Noodle salad with sugarsnaps, cucumber, sweet-sour wok sauce and beef strips.

Cook the instructions according to the instructions on the package. Clean the sugar snaps and add them for the last 3 minutes.

Drain and rinse in a colander under cold running water. Meanwhile, halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

Cut the flesh into 1 cm slanting slices. Mix the wok sauce with the oil and vinegar into a dressing. Season with pepper.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat in 3 min. Brown. Add the wok sauce and heat for another 1 min. Season with pepper.

Spoon the salad mix, cucumber and dressing through the cold noodles and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the beef strips.
