Lukewarm salmon salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red peppers, salmon nuts (`approx. 150 g), olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, ready-to-cook spinach (` 300 g), salad kit (120 g) and pain boulogne (bread) (sliced) .

Peppers wash, clean and cut into quarters.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Pepper and salmon in ovenproof dish and sprinkle with oil.

Salmon sprinkle with pepper.

Place the dish under grill for approx.

15 minutes.

Meanwhile, distribute spinach over four plates.

Dried tomatoes, croutons and almonds (out of box).

Remove paprika from black skins and cut into strips.

Spread peppers over plates.

Sprinkle with dressing (out of box).

Put salmon in the middle.

Serve with Boulogne bread..
