Danish herring salad
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mate herring (a 2 pieces), sour cream (125 ml), mayonnaise, coarse mustard, bread (pavé campagnard (bread), in 8 thick slices), cucumber (in slices), capers ( jar 100 g) and radish.

Remove the tail of the pegs and cut into 2 cm pieces. Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and mustard. Put the herring through. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the bread with the cucumber and onion-chips (pack herring). Divide the herring salad and capers. Cut the radish into segments. Divide the bread over 4 plates and serve with the radish.
