Tandoori drumsticks with spinach
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Indian curry paste (tandoori, pot a 383 g), whole yogurt, sunflower oil, drumsticks (a 5 pieces), garlic, naan bread (a 280 g), red pepper and spinach (a 300 g) ).

Mix tandoori paste with 2 tbsp yoghurt and 1 tbsp oil.

rub the chicken drumsticks with a mixture and let them soak for at least 10 minutes (preferably a few hours).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and chicken drumsticks around brown bowls.

With lid slant on pan chicken drumsticks in 20 min.

Peel garlic and put 1 clove over the rest of yoghurt.

Season the salt and pepper with salt.

burn flat bread according to instructions in oven.

Clean pepper and cut into strips.

Cut the rest of garlic.

In wok garlic and paprika in the rest of oil, fry for 1 minute.

Add spinach in parts and bake containers.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serving chicken with yoghurt sauce, flat bread and spinach..
