Pasta with creamy cabbage ham sauce

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Store 200 ml of the cooking water. Heat in a stirring oil and stir fry the onion golden brown in 5 minutes.

Add the coal and the winter carrot and stir-fry again for 5 minutes. Add the rosemary, the ham cubes, the crème fraiche and the collected cooking water from the pasta and bring to the boil.

Stew the dish covered for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the macaroni and spread the pasta over 4 deep plates. Spoon the creamy cabbage sauce on it.
