Salad of potato slices, spring onion, radish and chicken with honey-mustard dressing

Directions

  1. Heat in frying pan half of oil and fry chicken breasts in 10-12 min. Until done. In the meantime, heat in another pan of oil and fry potato slices in about 10 minutes. Cut chicken fillets into slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix butterhead with spring onions, radishes, warm potato slices and chicken breast. Mix dressing through. Divide salad over two plates.
