Tortilla with grilled peppers

A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red pepper, potatoes (solid), onions, olive oil, eggs (M) and salt and pepper.



  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Pour holes into bell pepper with fork and place them just under hot grill.
  3. Pepper grilling for about 20 minutes until the skin turns black and the flesh is soft, turning regularly.
  4. Put the pepper in plastic bag and let it cool down.
  5. Meanwhile, peel potatoes, wash and cut into slices.
  6. Peel onions and cut into thin rings.
  7. Heat oil in frying pan and fry potato and onion for about 20 minutes on low heat.
  8. Mix the mixture regularly and make sure that potatoes and onions do not turn brown.
  9. If potatoes are soft, mix with skimmer to create pan.
  10. Store 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, rest is no longer used.
  11. Untie eggs and create a potato mixture.
  12. Add salt and pepper.
  13. Keep heated cooking oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  14. Create an egg mixture in pan and bake on medium heat with a good shake.
  15. Using wooden spatula, push the sides of the tortilla slightly inwards, so that beautiful rounded sides are created.
  16. Once the bottom is golden brown and firm, put the plate on tortilla, turn it together and let tortilla with the bottom gently slide back into the pan.
  17. Cook on the other side for approx.
  18. 3 minutes until golden brown.
  19. Meanwhile, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut flesh into thin strips.
  20. Tortilla garnish with strips of paprika.
  21. Tortilla can be eaten hot or cold..
