Gratinated tuna pancake
Multigrain pancake with Dutch wok vegetables, leeks, tuna pieces in water, spring onions and young cheese

Cut the dark green part and the bottom of the leeks. Cut the leeks in half lengthwise. Rinse away the sand under the tap and was good.

Cut the leek into half rings. Cut the spring onion into rings and let the tuna drain.

Heat the oven grill.
