Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the minced meat in 3 minutes. Add the stir-fry mix and cook for 4 minutes.

Mix the tomato, peanut butter and sweet soy marinade. Season with pepper.

Grease the oven dish. Put the minced meat vegetable mixture in the baking dish.

Divide the potato slices over the mixture. Mix the seroendeng with the oil and spread over the slices.

Fry the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
