Directions

  1. Halve the potatoes and the lemon. Cook the potatoes, lemon halves and bay leaves in a pan with plenty of water for 12 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok. Add the beef strips and Provençal herbs and stir-fry in 4 minutes brown.
  3. Squeeze the garlic over the pan and add the spinach in parts. Stir fry until the spinach has shrunk. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes, remove the bay leaves and lemon halves and mix in the rest of the oil.
  5. Season the beef spinach mixture with (freshly ground) pepper and salt. Scoop the oil through the potatoes and serve immediately.
