Goat cheese fondue with walnuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: honey bread, peeled walnuts, garlic (halved), white wine, hard goat cheese (Dutch), soft goat cheese, cornstarch and fresh coriander (finely chopped).

Cut the honey bread into slices, grate them and cut into strips.

Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan and let them cool.

Rub the inside of the fondue pan with the sliced clove of garlic and bring the wine to the boil.

Grate the hard cheese and crumble the soft goat's cheese.

Stir the cheese in portions through the wine (add the next portion of cheese only if the previous one has melted completely).

Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

Dissolve the cornstarch in 2-3 t of water and stir this through the cheese fondue.

Cook gently for 2-3 minutes and, if necessary, dilute with an extra dash of white wine.

Put the cheese fondue on a hot plate on the table and sprinkle with the coriander.

Prick the walnuts on a fork and dip them with the honey bread in the cheese fondue..
