Veal schnitzel skewer with potato slices
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red peppers, mushrooms, veal schnitzel (about 300 g), (olive) oil, tomato-paprika-potato slices (a 425 g), friséesla, fresh Thousand Island dressing (100 g) and garlic sauce .

Clean the pepper and cut it into pieces.

Clean mushrooms.

Cut the veal schnitzel into cubes.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry potato slices.

Clean and mix with dressing.

Sow vegetables and meat on skewers.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cover skewers with the rest of oil.

In grilling pan or on barbecue in 3-4 min.
