Beans with beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pea pods (cleaned), haricots verts (cleaned), peas (frozen), white beans (680 ml), olive oil, chorizo (in small pieces), shallots (in thin rings) and dried oregano .

Cook the snow peas and haricots in plenty of water with salt in approx. 7 minutes. Boil the peas for the last 4 minutes. Drain the vegetables in a colander and let them drain.

Rinse the white beans in a sieve under cold running water and let them drain.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a skillet and gently fry the chorizo. Add the shallots and oregano and gently fry them for 4 minutes.

Add the drained vegetables and the white beans. Let everything warm up on a medium heat. Spoon the dish into a nice bowl. Tasty with the carved Boulogne.
