Grilled salmon fillet with chervil sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, shallot, white wine, white wine vinegar, fish fillet (a 380 ml), chervil (can), crème fraîche (2 dl), salmon fillets (narrow per 2 portions packed), olive oil, (sea) salt, (freshly ground) pepper, cold butter and lime juice.

Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 1 dl White wine
- 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
- Pot fish fond a 380 ml
- 4 tablespoons chervil tin can
- 1 cup creme fraiche 2 dl
- 2 times 2 salmon fillets narrowly packaged per 2 portions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- (sea salt
- (freshly ground) pepper
- 50 g cold butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

Chop and shred scallop.

In sauce pan shallot to simmer with wine, wine vinegar and fond in about 15 minutes to half.

Add chervil and crème fraîche and bring to the boil with stirring.

Turn the fire low and keep the sauce warm.

Grill pan until hot.

Salmon fillets lightly brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fish in just 2-3 minutes per side until cooked (the core may remain glassy).

Cut butter into lumps and beat with chipper blender through chervil sauce.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lime juice.
