Summers stew with gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shoulder ham (150 g), margarine, cajun seasoning, Mexican wok mix (frozen, 750 g), crisp potatoes (bag 5 kg), semi-skimmed milk and meat gravy (20 g).

Cut the ham into strips.

Heat 1 tablespoon margarine in skillet and bake ham slices with cajun spices in about 4 minutes.

Heat 4 tablespoons of margarine in woks.

Wok vegetables in 5 minutes stir-fry.

Meanwhile, peel potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in about 15 minutes.

Drain and crush, together with the rest of the margarine and the milk.

Wok vegetables and ham strips by puree.

Make gravy according to instructions.

Serving stew with dimple gravy..
