Chinese egg with asparagus broccoli, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cabbage and minced beef with red pepper.

Directions

  1. Peel the ginger and grate. Cut the stalk of the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin strips.
  2. Slice the garlic and the coals into strips.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a stirring stir fry the ginger, pepper and garlic ½ min. Add the mince and stir fry in 5 minutes.
  4. Add the vinegar and soy sauce and cook over medium heat until the mince is a little crispy.
  5. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain, put in a bowl and mix in the sesame oil. Distribute over the bowls.
  6. Bring the water to the boil at the same time as the noodles and dissolve the bouillon tablets. Add the cabbages and asparagus broccoli. Cook in 4 minutes until al dente.
  7. Scoop out the vegetables and distribute them over the noodles. Spoon the minced meat on top and pour over the stock. Bon appétit! .
