Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat the spinach and cheese on low heat in a saucepan until the cheese has melted. Stir frequently.

Meanwhile, let the artichoke hearts drain, halve them and scoop with the oil.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the artichoke hearts for 3 minutes on the cutting edge.

Drain the tagliatelle and mix with the spinach cheese sauce. Season with pepper and salt.

Garnish with the grilled artichoke hearts and pips mix. Serve immediately.
