Garlic chicken


A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken legs (a 150 g), salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic and cognac or vieux (liquorice).

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken bolts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan.
  3. Chicken around brown in about 10 minutes.
  4. Peel garlic and press 3 cloves over chicken.
  5. Briefly fry garlic.
  6. Cognac and approx.
  7. 1 dl pour hot water into pan and fry chicken covered in about 30 minutes until done, turn occasionally.
  8. Shortly before the end of the curd time, hold the cloves of garlic out of the chicken and stir them through the cooking liquid.
  9. Place chicken on two plates and pour garlic juice over it.
  10. Tasty with baked potatoes and green beans..
