Garlic chicken
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken legs (a 150 g), salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic and cognac or vieux (liquorice).

Sprinkle chicken bolts with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Chicken around brown in about 10 minutes.

Peel garlic and press 3 cloves over chicken.

Briefly fry garlic.

1 dl pour hot water into pan and fry chicken covered in about 30 minutes until done, turn occasionally.
