Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the pieces of meat around.
  2. Pour 1 liter of water, add the bouillon cube and the bay leaves and bring to the boil.
  3. Allow the meat to simmer for at least 4 hours on low heat.
  4. Add the carrots, the turnips and the onion for the last hour and cook the potatoes for the last 30 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the spring onions before use..
