Thai hamburger with papaya salsa


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, papaya, red pepper, fresh coriander (bag of 20 g), lime, Japanese soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal oelek, hamburgers (à 100 g), honey, ginger syrup, butter or margarine, Kaiser rolls and spinach (à 300 g).

Directions

  1. Peel the papaya, remove from seed and cut into cubes of approx. 1 cm. Wash red pepper, clean and cut into strips. Lime brooms and peel thinly scratch. Lime squeezing. In a bowl, add the papaya, red pepper and half lime juice and zest to each other, finely chop the coriander on top and leave to soak for approx. 1 hour. In the meantime stir in ginger syrup, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal and the rest of lime juice and grate until marinade. Put the marinated in a marinade in a refrigerator for about 50 minutes.
  2. Fry 10 g of butter in frying pan and cook over medium heat in 8 to 10 minutes, browning half way. Remove bread rolls and spread with butter. Distribute spinach over sandwiches, place hamburgers on it and distribute papaya salsa over it.
