Gorgonzola pizzas
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: shoarma breads, dried tomatoes (tapenade), pizza herbs, mushrooms (in slices), onion (in thin rings) and gorgonzola (crumbled).

rub shawarma rolls as an envelope. Mix the tapenade with pizza herbs and cover the inside of rolls. Mushrooms, onions and gorgonzola on rolls and put in well. Close rolls with hand as much as possible. Store in a refrigerator until used.

Place sandwiches between well-greased burger strips and grate for about 3 minutes on each side. Place rolls on a scale and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
