Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare the sauerkraut according to the instructions on the packaging. Let the sauerkraut drain.

Peel the apples and drill the core with an apple drill. Cut each apple into 6 slices. Wrap the apple slices each in a slice of ham.
