A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oil, onion (chopped), yellow pepper (diced), boemboe green curry (100 g), coconut milk (400 ml), chicken stock, coal fish fillet ((400 g, frozen), thawed and diced), garden peas (450 g and frozen).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok.
  2. Fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the boemboe, coconut milk and chicken stocking tablet and bring it to the boil.
  4. Add the chopped fish fillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the garden peas and warm for another 3 minutes.
  6. Nice with basmati rice..
