Turkey breast with orange from the oven

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Press out a 0.5 orange.

Chop the herb coarsely.

Squeeze the garlic cloves over a bowl and mix 2 tablespoons of orange juice with 2/3 of the olive oil, half of the oregano and some salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Rub the piece of turkey breast all around with this garlic mixture and place it in a low oven dish.

Pour the rest of the garlic mixture over.

Cut the rest of the oranges into pieces and spread them around the turkey breast.

Sprinkle the remaining oregano with some salt and pepper over the orange and sprinkle the remaining olive oil over it.

Put the dish in the oven and roast the turkey fillet in golden brown and cooked for 30-35 minutes.

Baste the meat regularly with roasting liquid and occasionally scoop the orange pieces.

Serve the turkey in the roasting pan on the table.
