Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Press out a 0.5 orange.
  3. Chop the herb coarsely.

  8. Sprinkle the remaining oregano with some salt and pepper over the orange and sprinkle the remaining olive oil over it.
  9. Put the dish in the oven and roast the turkey fillet in golden brown and cooked for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Baste the meat regularly with roasting liquid and occasionally scoop the orange pieces.
