Grilled salmon fillet with paprika


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow pepper (in thin strips), spring onion (in thin rings), olive oil, Greek yoghurt (0% fat), garlic (squeezed), fresh dill (finely chopped), freshly ground black pepper and salmon fillets (a 125 g).

Directions

  1. Mix the pepper strips with the onion rings and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Stir in the yogurt with garlic, dill, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray, brush them with yoghurt and spread the pepper over them.
  4. Place the baking sheet 10 cm under the hot grill and let the salmon cook almost 6-8 minutes and lightly color.
  5. Delicious with green beans and fried potatoes in liquid margarine with lemon peels..
