Tartar with mozzarella and ratatouille


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ratatouille package (except paprika), olive oil, tartar, mozzarella cheese ((125 g), in slices), couscous, raisins and roasted pine nuts.

Directions

  1. Cut aubergine, courgette and tomato from ratatouille into large pieces.
  2. Peel onion and roughly.
  3. Garlic peel and finely chop.
  4. Sprinkle thyme leaves from twig.
  5. Fry 2 tbsp oil in pan with a thick bottom and fry onion and garlic for 1 min.
  6. Stir in eggplant, zucchini, tomato and thyme.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste and vegetables covered in 15-20 min.
  8. Soft black corn.
  9. Spoil occasionally.
  10. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry meat on one side for 4 minutes.
  11. Turn meat and put 2 slices of mozzarella on each tartar.
  12. Add pepper to taste and let meat melt in a 4-5 min.
  13. Bring to the boil couscous with raisins and 300 ml water and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  14. Then heat couscous on a low heat, make a fork with a fork and add 2 tbsp oil and pine nuts, season with salt and pepper.
  15. Place tartarettes on four plates.
  16. Create couscous and vegetables next to it..
