A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, minced beef, shoarma herbs, shallots (finely chopped), mint (in strips), freshly ground pepper and oil.

Directions

  1. In bowl couscous in 50 ml of boiling water for 6 minutes.
  2. In a bowl of ground beef, veneered couscous, shawarma herbs, shallot, mint, salt and pepper, knead together.
  3. Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan and cook over medium heat in 8-10 min.
  5. Until done and brown, turn halfway..
