Directions

  1. Boil the leeks for 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cross the tomatoes, put them in boiling water, peel them and cut into pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the peppers and fry them for 3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato pieces, tomato juice, corn, leek and 10 drops of tabasco. Stew 10 minutes with the lid on the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Spoon the pre-mix into an oven dish and spread the tortilla chips over it. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place the dish under the grill or in a preheated oven until the cheese has melted.
