Leek dish with corn
Boil the leeks for 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
Cross the tomatoes, put them in boiling water, peel them and cut into pieces.
Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the peppers and fry them for 3 minutes.
Add tomato pieces, tomato juice, corn, leek and 10 drops of tabasco. Stew 10 minutes with the lid on the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon the pre-mix into an oven dish and spread the tortilla chips over it. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place the dish under the grill or in a preheated oven until the cheese has melted.
