Nasi koening with sweet-and-sour fish and paprika


A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice (pack 400 g), ground turmeric (turmeric, jar 44 g), paprika mix (3 pieces), sunflower oil, plaice fillet, flour, wok sauce (sweet and sour (200 ml)), bean sprouts (125 g), spring onion ((3 pieces) and in slanted pieces).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice for 8 minutes in water with salt and the yellow root. Drain and leave for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the peppers in the length, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips of 1/2 cm wide. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the pepper on medium heat 8 min.
  2. Meanwhile, divide the plaice into 4 equal portions and sprinkle on both sides with the flour. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the plaice in 4 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.
  3. Add the wok sauce and bean sprouts to the peppers and heat over medium heat for 2 minutes. Serve the rice with a piece of plaice. Spoon the sauce with paprika and bean sprouts. Sprinkle with the spring onions.
