Schnitzel with mushroom sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, mushrooms (in slices), crème fraîche, pork schnitzels (unpansed), flour and cognac (liquorice).

Directions

  1. Fry 1 tbsp butter in frying pan and fry 2 min.
  2. On high heat, shovel occasionally.
  3. Add crème fraîche, stir and remove pan of fire.
  4. Cut the schnitzels with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
  5. Heat the remaining butter in a large frying pan.
  6. Cut cutlets on medium heat on each side for 3 minutes and remove from pan.
  7. Pour cognac into pan and heat over stirring until very full.
  8. Add mushroom mixture and reduce to a sauce thickness.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Put the schnitzels in sauce and heat for 1 more minute..
