Schnitzel with mushroom sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, mushrooms (in slices), crème fraîche, pork schnitzels (unpansed), flour and cognac (liquorice).

Fry 1 tbsp butter in frying pan and fry 2 min.

On high heat, shovel occasionally.

Add crème fraîche, stir and remove pan of fire.

Cut the schnitzels with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

Heat the remaining butter in a large frying pan.

Cut cutlets on medium heat on each side for 3 minutes and remove from pan.

Pour cognac into pan and heat over stirring until very full.

Add mushroom mixture and reduce to a sauce thickness.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put the schnitzels in sauce and heat for 1 more minute..
