Pasta with sardines, tomato and broccoli

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the anchovy fillets with the oil and push the fish into pieces with a ladle.

Cut the garlic finely and chop the onion. Add to the fish in the pan and fruit for 3 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Add to the onion-fish mixture and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Add the tomatoes and some pepper, put the lid on the pan and warm for 4 minutes.

Drain the pasta. Let the capers drain and mix through the sauce.

Break the sardines into pieces and gently scoop through the sauce.
