Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, heat the anchovy fillets with the oil and push the fish into pieces with a ladle.
  3. Cut the garlic finely and chop the onion. Add to the fish in the pan and fruit for 3 minutes on low heat.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Add to the onion-fish mixture and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
  5. Add the tomatoes and some pepper, put the lid on the pan and warm for 4 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta. Let the capers drain and mix through the sauce.
  7. Break the sardines into pieces and gently scoop through the sauce.
